1. INFORMATION COLLECTED

Nutry4ALL collects two types of personal data via the Internet:

• Personal Data: It is possible to visit our websites without providing any personal information. We only collect personal data (such as name, address, telephone number, email address and other identifiable data) when they are transmitted to us by you. We may collect information about your health if you provide it to us through your responses to questions or questionnaires. Nutry4ALL, the other companies of the nutry4ALL Group and the companies that are contracted to provide a service to nutry4ALL, use the personal information that is voluntarily provided by the data subjects, in order to respond to all existing requests, not neglecting the control and the responsibility required for such use, under the applicable provisions of the European Union and Portuguese Law and also the regulatory principles issued by the National Data Protection Commission.

The information, which is also used for Human Resources purposes (Performance Management, Promotion decisions and Development actions), helps us to better understand your needs and to improve products and services, enabling the personalization of communications in relation to to services and promotions that may be of interest to you. For example, nutry4ALL may analyze the gender or age of users of a part of the website related to a specific supplement or service or health status, processing the analysis of this data internally or sharing it with others.

5. DATA SHARING AND TRANSMISSION

Nutry4ALL may share your personal data with companies or agents that work on its behalf, within the scope of possible commercial transactions, the provision of consumer support services, the sending of marketing communications about the products, services and offers and the performing technological maintenance.
